Meet Cydney McMinn Lunch Time proprietor who moved to Ajijic in 2004. After being in the food and beverage industry for the last decade, Cydney decided to open her own restaurant. Lunch Time opened their doors for Lunch ONLY, hence the name, in November of 2015. The restaurant is known for their Corn Beef, Homemade Pies and a large selection of Texas Tea.

It located on Encaracion Rosas #4, 1 ½ blocks down from Farmacia Guadalajara in Ajijic and is open 11am to 3pm Monday –Friday. If you plan on having lunch with a group larger than 4 make a reservation. The restaurant is small with only 7 tables and 5 bar-stools.
Lunch Time offers Daily specials, Men’s Day is Monday (free root beer float with a meal) and Ladies day is Friday (½ price dessert with a meal)
They also sell corn beef by the Kilo ready to be cooked. Cydney sold-out of Corn beef for St Patties day selling over a 100 Kilos! So, get your order in early for next year!
